Text Messaging Terms

Effective and last updated August 12, 2026

The program

These Text Messaging Terms govern the Dinkville LLC recurring text messaging program. CREW sends from +1 (615) 813-4657 and provides two-way account, crew request, game invitation and response, open-spot, confirmation, roster, schedule-change, post-game follow-up, and customer-care messages after a separate opt-in. You can also text CREW naturally to prepare or confirm supported game and crew actions.

Requested one-time account verification codes are transactional security messages delivered separately through Twilio Verify. Requesting or receiving a verification code does not enroll you in recurring CREW texts.

How you opt in

You may start at our public CREW text opt-in form or in CREW. In either path, ongoing texts require a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default and appears beside the full text disclosure. You enter and verify your mobile number, then confirm the optional choice before recurring automated informational texts are enabled. Consent to ongoing messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can create an account, join games, and use CREW without opting in. Requesting a one-time sign-in code does not by itself enroll you in ongoing crew and game texts. You may also text START to re-enroll after opting out.

Locked-game group texts

Group game texts require a separate choice from recurring private CREW updates. If you turn that setting on, CREW may create a group text with the confirmed players and the CREW number when a game locks. Reply OUT in the game chat to reopen your spot. The organizer may reply OPEN to notify eligible people from the original invitation list.

Participants in a group text can see the phone numbers and messages of the other participants. Text GROUP TEXTS OFF to turn this permission off without stopping private CREW updates. Group MMS availability depends on supported U.S. or Canadian mobile devices and carriers.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, invitations, games, notification settings, and conversations with CREW. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. CREW does not charge a separate fee for receiving its text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of CREW.

Stopping and restarting

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop ongoing messages. After opting out, you will receive no further ongoing CREW texts unless you reply START or UNSTOP to subscribe again. Carrier processing may take a short time.

Help

Reply HELP for help, visit CREW Support, or email landon@dinkville.com. Include the phone number connected to your CREW account so we can locate the correct messaging record, but never send us a one-time verification code.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery, group behavior, and media support vary by carrier and device. Do not use CREW messages for emergencies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility, changes, and termination

You must control or have permission to use the mobile number you enroll. Tell CREW if the number changes or is reassigned. We may suspend messaging to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to carrier requirements. We may update these terms as the program or requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version. Your use of CREW is also governed by the CREW Terms of Service.
