Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dinkville LLC (“CREW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of CREW’s websites, iOS and Android applications, player profiles, crews, city place guides, game coordination tools, notifications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep access to your verified phone number secure, and do not share one-time verification codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may not use CREW if prohibited by law.

Crews, places, and games

CREW helps people discover places, build trusted crews, invite players, and coordinate games. CREW does not guarantee that a player will attend, that a game will happen, or that a court will be available. Organizers and players remain responsible for confirming the roster, time, place, costs, rules, safety, and any required court reservation.

Place information, open-game visibility, player preferences, and recommendations may be incomplete or change. Use your own judgment before meeting, sharing contact details, traveling, paying, or playing.

Bookings and third-party services

CREW may link to independent venues, booking systems, maps, app stores, group chats, rating providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. CREW is not the booking provider, venue operator, payment processor, or map provider unless we clearly say otherwise.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of profile information, photos, messages, game notes, and other content you submit. You give CREW a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and provide the visibility or sharing choices you select.

Do not impersonate another person; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger anyone; submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful content; scrape or misuse personal information; interfere with the Services; evade safety or access controls; or use CREW for spam, unsolicited promotion, or unlawful activity. You are responsible for having permission to share any private group link, phone number, photo, or other information you submit.

CREW may filter or refuse prohibited content and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. Player profiles include private reporting and blocking controls. We review safety reports and may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve information when reasonably needed to protect people or comply with law.

Communications

CREW may send account and service communications needed to authenticate you or respond to your requests. Recurring SMS messages require separate optional consent and are governed by the Text Messaging Terms. Push, email, and SMS choices can be managed in Notification Settings. Carrier, data, and internet charges may apply.

Safety

CREW is not an emergency service. Call emergency services when needed. Playing sports, traveling, and meeting other people involve risks. Follow venue rules, use appropriate equipment, assess your own ability and health, and stop if conditions are unsafe. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the ordinary risks of participating in activities you coordinate through CREW.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using CREW at any time and may permanently delete your account in Account Settings or at crewville.com/account/delete. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the Services, investigate violations, comply with law, or address fraud or security threats. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated violation of these Terms.

Our service and warranties

We work to keep CREW useful and available, but the Services may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinkville LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, personal disputes, missed games, venue conditions, or third-party services arising from your use of CREW. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Apple terms

For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and Dinkville LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for CREW and is not responsible for the app, claims relating to it, or its compliance with law. To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions against you. Your use of the iOS app must also comply with applicable App Store terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as CREW changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date, and we will provide additional notice when required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
